The 80050BD is a stationary 5 HP, 80 gallon, belt driven, oil lubricated compressor that plugs into a 230 V receptacle instead of being hard wired. That is its main appeal: a small auto body or tire shop, a woodshop, a farm shop or a serious home garage gets 15 CFM at 90 PSI and an 80 gallon ASME tank without an electrician running conduit to a starter. It runs continuously for an 8 hour shift, so it will carry a DA sander, a 1/2 inch impact, an HVLP gun with a short recovery, or two nailer crews. Power and installation

It needs a dedicated 30 amp, 208 to 230 V single phase circuit with a NEMA L6-30R twist lock receptacle. The compressor ships with the L6-30P plug.
