The Chicago Pneumatic QRS Series is a fixed-speed, oil-injected rotary screw lineup built for continuous duty in service and light industrial environments—ideal for tire shops, paint shops, car dealers, and maintenance departments. QRS units deliver reliable air in a small footprint with low noise, so you can install them close to the point of use without wrecking your work environment. Choose base or receiver-mounted configurations, with or without an integrated refrigerant dryer, to create a compact, all-in-one setup that’s easy to live with and easier to maintain.

Service is straightforward and cost-effective. The screw element has no wearing parts, and common items are spin-on for quick changes. Vibration-isolated assemblies, UL/CSA-approved controls, and robust cooling ensure the QRS is built to last.

For smarter uptime, select models feature the ES4000 Connect controller and ICONS remote monitoring. You get leak detection, better start/stop logic, tracked running/working hours, and proactive service warnings—plus remote visibility of pressure, temperature, hours, and mode from your computer or phone. That reduces unplanned downtime and cuts total cost of ownership.

To keep moisture under control in intermittent duty, QRS offers condensate-prevention options such as an oil heater, tropical thermostat, line filters, low-loss timer drains, and an integrated dryer with receiver tanks where needed.
