The EZ Drain is a fully automatic, zero-loss condensate drain designed for efficient removal of condensate from compressed air systems—without requiring any external power source. Its compact vertical design makes installation possible in tight spaces, while the translucent reservoir provides quick visual confirmation of operation. This drain is ideal for a wide range of applications, including aftercoolers, receivers, dryers, filters, and drip legs.

How It Works
Condensate enters through one of two inlets. Inside, a stainless steel float is connected to a lever arm, which operates a filter-protected poppet assembly. As the reservoir fills, the float rises to a preset level, triggering the poppet to send control air to the valve actuator. This action opens the full-port drain valve, allowing condensate to discharge. Once emptied, the float drops, sealing the control air line and closing the ball valve—readying the system for the next cycle.
