Air Compressor Calculators
Ten tools, each built around a question we get on the phone. They run on the live catalog, so the parts they suggest are parts we have, and where a number depends on a judgment call we say so instead of hiding it.
How these were built
Each one does the arithmetic you'd do on the back of a quote sheet, then goes one step further than the textbook: the belt tools solve backwards for center distance per stocked belt, the pump-up test compares your number against the median output of every compressor we sell at that horsepower, and the frame tool draws both footprints instead of handing you a PDF. Where the catalog doesn't carry a figure, like motor efficiency, the tool says so and lets you type the nameplate value in.
If one gives you an answer that doesn't match the machine in front of you, tell us. The number is only as good as the inputs and the assumptions, and we'd rather fix the tool than have it quietly mislead the next person.
