- Specify your system pressure when ordering a low pressure conversion kit. Champion builds the kit to the pressure band you give them, so the order cannot be processed without it.

Replacement Pre-Filter Elements
The generator pre-filter elements, FIL14CE (1 micron / 1 ppm) and FIL14FE (0.1 micron / 0.0008 ppm), are likewise unpriced in the current list and are quoted by the factory. These are not optional maintenance items. A membrane bundle fed through a spent coalescing element is a membrane bundle on its way out, and oil damage is not a warranty failure. Call us and we will price them and set you up with a change interval.
Building Out a Nitrogen Bay
A working nitrogen service operation is usually the generator, a green hose reel at each bay, an analyzer on the bench, and the identification and point of sale supplies that let the shop charge for the service. Do I need the analyzer?
Practically, yes. Nitrogen purity from a membrane generator varies with how hard you pull on it, so the only way to know a tire actually received 95% or better is to measure it. It is also what lets a service writer answer the customer who asks what they are paying for.
Can I use the auto fill cart with any of the generators?
It is intended for the stationary units, which have no fill system of their own. The portable NA6-3P already includes a purge and fill system with four hoses and two extra ports, so the cart would be redundant on that model.
Why green hoses and green caps?
Green is the accepted color convention for nitrogen service in a tire shop. It stops a technician from topping off a converted tire with shop air, which quietly undoes the conversion the customer paid for.
Which low pressure conversion kit do I need?
CC1021474 fits the NA14-80. The NA4-60 and NA7-80 take CC1021473, which is currently quoted rather than list priced, so call us for that one. Either way, tell us the system pressure you need to run at.
