This replacement air/oil separator (part number 124487-003, also cross-referenced as Keltec KV375-005P) is a service element for Quincy rotary screw air compressors. It separates lubricating oil from the compressed air stream so clean, dry air leaves the machine while the oil returns to the sump.
Over time a separator element loads up with trapped oil and debris, which raises pressure drop and lets more oil carry over into your air lines. Replacing it on schedule keeps oil carryover low and protects downstream filters and equipment.
