Quincy QTS-5 single stage bare pump, part 114944 (superseded to 2024319411)
The QTS-5 is Quincy's single stage, splash lubricated cast iron pump for 5 HP class compressors, and this plain configuration is the bare pump for rebuilding a QTS-5 unit or repowering another single stage compressor of the same class. Quincy part number 114944 has been superseded by 2024319411; you receive the current pump, which is a direct replacement. It is available in standard and climate control configurations; this listing is the standard pump. For the climate control version, which certifies oil carryover for pneumatic control air, call us.
What to check before ordering
Confirm the pump speed your motor pulley and the QTS-5 flywheel will give you, and that your motor is in the 5 HP range. A single stage pump is rated for lower pressure than a two stage, so if your system needs 175 PSI you want a two stage pump such as the Champion R-Series bare pumps or the Quincy QT. Order a belt, check valve and unloader with the pump if the old ones are worn.
