The Kingston KSV10H-2-65 is a soft-seat safety relief valve built to protect air receivers and compressed air equipment from dangerous overpressure. It carries a 65 PSI set pressure and a 1/4" NPT connection, making it a good fit for smaller tanks, regulated branch lines, and downstream equipment rated below the compressor's full discharge pressure.
The soft-seat design seals tightly to prevent nuisance weeping and reseats cleanly after it relieves, so the valve holds pressure until it is genuinely needed. When the set point is reached, it opens to vent excess air and then closes again once pressure returns to a safe level.
