This listing carries every priced factory-installed option published for the Champion CA-Series S medical air range in the August 15 2026 price list. Options are installed and wired at the Champion factory in Princeton, Illinois and must be on the original order. They are not field retrofit kits. Order them with the compressor, not after it.

How the Options Are Priced

Champion does not price these by compressor model. It prices them by what the option attaches to, which is why the Fits axis names a tank size, a configuration or a model-and-configuration rather than a simple model list:

• Receiver coatings price by tank size. The galvanized coating is $290 list on an 80 gallon horizontal receiver, $830 on a 120 and $2,060 on a 240.
• Remote receivers price by size and lining, and are available on base-mount duplex, triplex and quadraplex systems only. The same prices apply across CA-S5, CA-S7 and CA-S10.
• Massachusetts code fittings are a flat $190 list across the entire medical range.
• MediTrol Plus HMI is a flat $4,650 list on any duplex system, and is standard at no charge on triplex and quadraplex.
• Mounted medical desiccant dryers are offered on tank-mounted duplex systems only, and price by airend size and rated pressure.
• Stand alone medical desiccant dryers are offered on base-mount systems, and price by model and configuration.

The Medical Desiccant Dryer System

The medical desiccant dryer system is the piece that turns an oil-free compressor into an NFPA 99 medical air source. It includes dew point and carbon monoxide monitoring, and comes in two forms. The mounted version is built onto a tank-mounted duplex package at the factory. The stand alone version is a separate skid used with base-mount duplex, triplex and quadraplex systems, where there is no tank for the dryer to sit on.

Pick the dryer that matches the rated pressure of the compressor package, 116 or 140 PSIG. The two are not interchangeable and the price differs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I add these later?
No. These are factory-installed options on a built-to-order medical system. Adding one after the fact means a field modification that we would have to quote separately and that may affect the medical gas certification.

Why are some options missing for my configuration?
Because Champion does not offer them there. Mounted dryers exist only on tank-mounted duplex systems, remote receivers only on base-mount systems, and the MediTrol Plus upgrade only on duplex, since triplex and quadraplex already include it.

What is the difference between vinyl lined and galvanized?
Both protect the receiver interior from corrosion, which matters on medical air where the tank sees moist ambient air. Vinyl (epoxy) lining is standard on the medical range. Galvanizing is the priced alternative and is usually specified where the facility standard calls for it.

Do I need Massachusetts code fittings?
Only if the installation is in Massachusetts or a jurisdiction that has adopted the same receiver fitting requirements. Massachusetts receiver risers are a separate item and are quoted on request.
