Champion CA-Series ES Factory-Installed Options and Adders

Champion CA-Series ES Factory-Installed Options and Adders

These are the factory installed options for the Champion CA-Series ES enclosed oil-free rotary scroll air compressor, 5 to 10 HP. Every one of them is priced here exactly as Champion prices it in the August 15, 2026 price book. Order the option on the same purchase order as the compressor and it is built into the package at the factory, wired, piped and tested before it ships.

Pick the option, then pick what it fits. Several options are priced by what they attach to rather than by compressor model: receiver coatings price by tank size, remote receivers are base mount only and are the same price on every model, and NEMA 4 electrics price by how many modules are in the enclosure.

What Each Option Does

• Vinyl (epoxy) lined tank. An internal epoxy lining on the mounted horizontal receiver. Buy this when the receiver will see humid air and you want to keep rust flakes out of the system. Priced by tank size, simplex tank mounted packages only.
• Galvanized coated tank. Galvanized receiver, the heavier duty corrosion option for wet environments or long service life. Priced by tank size, simplex tank mounted packages only.
• Remote air receiver, 80 / 120 / 240 gallon. A free standing ASME receiver shipped with the package instead of mounted under it. This is how you put a receiver on a base mounted simplex or on any duplex, triplex or quadraplex, all of which are base mount only. Available plain, vinyl (epoxy) lined or galvanized.
• Remote tank bypass isolation valves. Valves that let you isolate the remote receiver and keep running on the header while the tank is serviced or inspected.
• Electric tank drain. An electric condensate drain in place of manual draining. Cheap insurance against a receiver full of water, and it fits every ES package.
• Mass. Code fittings. The fitting set required for Massachusetts installations. Order it if the job is in Massachusetts.
• Deluxe HMI control panel. The upgrade from the basic relay panel on a simplex unit: a controller with a pressure transducer and RTDs for high temperature monitoring. It is already standard on duplex, triplex and quadraplex packages.
• NEMA 4 electrical. Washdown and dust rated electrical enclosure in place of the standard NEMA 1. Priced by configuration because a quadraplex has four module enclosures to upgrade.
• Pressure switch, NEMA 4. A NEMA 4 rated pressure switch, for simplex units running the basic relay panel. Champion prints it N/A on multiplex packages.

Order-Time Deducts and No-Charge Choices

These are not line items and cannot be bought as variants. Tell us at order entry and we handle them on the purchase order:

• NEMA 1 electrical is standard at no charge on every package.
• Basic simplex control panel is standard at no charge on all simplex packages. The Deluxe HMI controller is standard at no charge on duplex, triplex and quadraplex packages.
• Rated pressure, 116 PSIG or 140 PSIG, is a no-charge order entry choice on the base package.
• Voltage, single phase or three phase on ES5 and ES7, is a no-charge order entry choice.

Also Available by Quote

• Massachusetts receiver risers 306SIS4013 (30 gal horizontal) and 307SIS4013 (80/120 gal horizontal). Champion prints these as ship loose items with no list price. We quote them on request.
• High temp switch. Listed by Champion as available optional equipment on the CA-Series ES with no printed list price. The Deluxe HMI controller already carries RTD high temperature monitoring, so on most jobs it is covered.

Ordering Notes

• Prices are per option at the Champion August 15, 2026 list price, with our price shown against it.
• These are factory installed options. They are priced and built for a new compressor order, not as field retrofit kits.
• Champion publishes no shipping weight for any of these options, so every variant on this page carries a zero weight. Freight is quoted with the compressor package.
• Not sure which option you need? Call 828-581-0014 or email sales@aircompressorstore.com and we will spec it with you.
