The ABAC AS-7.5251TM7 is the 7.5 HP AS-B rotary screw delivered as a finished package: the compressor, the controller and a 71 gallon ASME air receiver on one skid, wired and plumbed, so installation is a power drop and a line out. It makes 30.5 CFM at a 125 PSI maximum and runs at 67 dBA, quiet enough to live in the work area rather than a separate compressor room. A rotary screw is rated for continuous duty, so unlike a piston machine it does not need to rest between jobs, and the 71 gallon receiver is there to smooth demand rather than to be the air supply. Typical applications

Installation and air treatment

Leave roughly 3 feet of clearance on the cooling air side, keep the room between 40 and 104 F, and run the unit on a dedicated circuit sized to the motor nameplate. Oil, oil filter and separator element are the scheduled service items and the controller tracks the intervals for you.
