Warthog Brass Push-to-Connect Union — Push-In Air & Pneumatic Fitting
The Warthog Brass Push-to-Connect Union joins two equal runs of pneumatic tubing inline — no tools and no thread sealant required. Both ports accept the same tube outside diameter, so it splices two equal tubing runs into one continuous air line for shop air, tool drops, and instrumentation.
Key features
- Straight union — both ports fit the same tube OD
- Push-to-connect (push-in) design: push the tube in until it seats; an internal stainless grip ring holds it and the O-ring seals it
- Solid brass construction for strength and corrosion resistance
- Tool-free, reusable connection — press the collet to release and disconnect
- Works with standard pneumatic tubing (nylon, polyurethane, polyethylene)
Available sizes (tube OD)
1/8", 5/32", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2".
Typical applications
Compressed-air distribution, shop air lines, pneumatic tool drops, automation and instrumentation air, and any point where two lengths of tubing need a fast, leak-tight inline splice.
Fast, leak-tight inline connections for compressed-air systems — the Warthog brass push-to-connect union delivers tool-free tubing splices in sizes from 1/8" to 1/2" OD.
