Warthog Brass Push-to-Connect Reducing Union — 1/4" x 3/8" Push-In Air & Pneumatic Fitting
The Warthog Brass Push-to-Connect Reducing Union joins two different tube sizes inline — 1/4" OD on one end and 3/8" OD on the other — with no tools and no thread sealant required. Push each tube into its collet until it seats; an internal stainless grip ring holds it and the O-ring seals it, stepping an air line up or down in a single leak-tight fitting.
Key features
- Reducing union — 1/4" OD to 3/8" OD, connects two different tube sizes inline
- Push-to-connect (push-in) design: push the tube in until it seats; an internal stainless grip ring holds it and the O-ring seals it
- Solid brass construction for strength and corrosion resistance
- Tool-free, reusable connection — press the collet to release and disconnect
- Works with standard pneumatic tubing (nylon, polyurethane, polyethylene)
Typical applications
Compressed-air distribution, shop air lines, pneumatic tool drops, and automation or instrumentation air wherever a run needs to transition between 1/4" and 3/8" tubing.
Fast, leak-tight tube-size transitions for compressed-air systems — the Warthog brass push-to-connect reducing union steps 1/4" and 3/8" OD tubing together tool-free.
