The Tsunami Ultra Series Rail-Mounted Dryer is a complete, heatless regenerative desiccant drying system engineered to protect an entire shop or facility from the largest surges of compressed-air contamination. Built as a dual-inlet package with integrated two-stage pre-filtration, molecular-sieve desiccant towers, and a programmable PLC controller, it delivers a continuous supply of clean, ultra-dry air with dew points as low as -80°F and relative humidity down to 0.01% RH.
Rail-mounted construction places multiple desiccant towers on a common manifold, so the unit keeps drying while individual towers regenerate — no interruption to downstream air. Dual inlet/outlet ports allow the dryer to be bypassed for maintenance, and the design is factory-expandable as your air demand grows.
Key Features
- Dew point to -80°F and relative humidity down to 0.01% RH
- 2-stage pre-filtration — water separator (10 micron) plus oil coalescing filter (0.01 micron) removes liquid water, bulk oils, aerosols, and particulate
- Molecular sieve desiccant with cartridge-style regeneration orifices — fewer parts for greater reliability and easier service
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) cycles the towers and pneumatic drains for optimized efficiency and easy expansion
- Automatic pneumatic drains and purge exhaust mufflers included
- Auxiliary port supplies filtered (un-dried) air downstream when needed
- Pre-filtration mountable on the left or right side for installation flexibility
- Optional heater pads for cold-temperature applications; optional C1D1 configuration for hazardous locations
- Low-cost maintenance — under $100/year on average

Flow rates rated at 100°F inlet, 175 PSI, with 100 PSI outlet pressure. Minimum inlet pressure 80 PSI; lower inlet pressure or higher temperatures reduce performance and downstream air quality.
Applications
Ideal for spray foam, automotive finishing, manufacturing and automation, food & beverage, oil & gas, and woodworking operations that demand consistently dry, contaminant-free compressed air across the whole facility.
The Tsunami Ultra Series rail-mounted regenerative desiccant dryer combines whole-shop drying capacity, built-in two-stage filtration, and PLC-controlled efficiency in one expandable package — delivering -80°F dew point air quality with low maintenance and proven reliability for the most demanding compressed-air systems.
