The Tsunami Ultra Series is a complete, wall-mounted heatless regenerative desiccant drying system that delivers ultra-dry compressed air with dew points down to –80°F and relative humidity as low as 0.01% RH. Each Ultra Series package ships ready to install with integrated two-stage Tsunami pre-filtration, a programmable logic controller, and automatic pneumatic Moisture Minder drains — everything needed to protect downstream equipment, tools, and processes from water, oil, and particulate.
Twin desiccant towers loaded with molecular-sieve desiccant alternate drying and regenerating roughly every two minutes, so one tower is always producing premium-quality air. Dual inlet/outlet ports allow the dryer to be bypassed for maintenance without shutting down production, and the system is factory expandable to grow with your facility's air demand.
