The THB 9000 Series 3-stage compressed air filtration system delivers clean, dry, oil-free air from a single compact, wall-mountable assembly. Compressed air passes through three progressive stages — particulate filtration, oil-removing coalescing filtration, and desiccant drying — making it ideal for paint spraying, plasma cutting, blast cabinets, and other applications that demand high-quality air. This configuration features automatic float drains for hands-free condensate removal.
Three-stage filtration
- Stage 1 — Particulate filter: 5 micron element (replacement element F9607), 11 oz metal bowl with sight glass.
- Stage 2 — Coalescing filter: 0.01 micron oil-removing element (replacement element FM9607), 11 oz metal bowl with sight glass.
- Stage 3 — Desiccant dryer: 11 oz metal bowl with sight glass, includes 4 bags of desiccant.
