The Prevost DMG 0445 swivel shaft is the rotating spindle that carries compressed air from the fixed inlet into the turning drum of a Prevost hose reel. Because it seals while it spins, the shaft's sealing surface eventually scores, and a scored shaft will keep chewing through new seals until it is replaced.
Fitment: Prevost catalog number DMG 0445. Fits Prevost DMG-series hose reels. Check your reel's exploded parts diagram to confirm the correct position before ordering, and renew the swivel seals at the same time.
