This is the replacement threaded screw for the cap on a Super-Dry ATD-CL point-of-use air dryer. It is a small service part with an outsized effect: without it the cap cannot be secured, and the dryer cannot be put back into the air line. Order one if the original has been cross-threaded, damaged or lost during a cartridge change.
How it works
The screw threads into the ATD-CL cap and holds the cap assembly together on the dryer body. Once the cap is secured, the desiccant cartridge is held in position and the dryer can be reconnected to the drop and pressurized. Keep the screw with the cap whenever you open the dryer for service so it does not end up on the shop floor.
