Super-Dry TD Series Automatic Timer Condensate Drain, 1/4" and 1/2" NPT, 12V DC to 240V AC

The Super-Dry TD Series is an automatic condensate drain that combines a solenoid valve, a brass ball valve strainer and an electronic timer in one assembly. It removes collected condensate from air compressors, compressed air dryers, receiver tanks, filters and separators so nobody has to crack a manual valve on a schedule. Pick the version that matches the power available at the drain point: 12V DC, 110 to 120V AC, 220V AC or 240V AC. The 110 to 120V AC and 240V AC units are dual port, with 1/4" to 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet connections. The 220V AC and 12V DC units are 1/4" only and use a different valve body: a brass 2/2 way direct acting design. That different valve assembly is why the 220V AC and 12V DC versions cost significantly more, they are not the same drain with a different power cord.

How it works

• The interval setting controls how often the valve opens and is adjustable from 0.5 to 45 minutes.
• The discharge setting controls how long the valve stays open and is adjustable from 0.5 to 10 seconds.
• At each interval the solenoid valve opens and discharges condensate automatically through the strainer.
• A test button on the timer actuates the valve on demand, which confirms that power is reaching the unit.
• Install the drain at a low point where condensate collects, and keep the strainer and discharge line clear.
