The Super-Dry REG 1/2 is a 1/2 inch NPT compressed air pressure regulator rated for 140 CFM at a maximum pressure of 150 PSI. It sets and holds the working pressure at a drop, a booth or a tool station instead of letting equipment see whatever the compressor happens to be running. A pressure gauge and a mounting bracket are included, so it can go straight onto a wall or a panel with the air preparation train.
How it works
Air enters at line pressure and passes an internal valve held by an adjustable spring. Turning the adjustment loads the spring to the outlet pressure you want, and the regulator opens or closes the valve to hold that setting as demand rises and falls downstream. The included gauge reads the regulated outlet pressure so you can dial in a setting and see it, and the bracket lets the regulator be mounted alongside separators, filters and dryers rather than hanging on the pipe.
