The Super-Dry HGT-RK is the factory repair kit for the HGT 1/4 humidity and temperature gauge (part number 320-100). It supplies the wear parts that come between the compressed air and the reading, so a gauge that has fogged, leaked or stopped indicating can be rebuilt instead of replaced. It is intended for the HGT 1/4 gauge only.
How it works
The kit replaces the sensing element and the parts that protect it. The Humiguide is the humidity sensing insert, the Lexan glass gauge face is the lens you read through, the snubber damps pressure pulses reaching the gauge, and the two O-rings reseal the assembly. Fitting the kit restores the gauge so it can go back to showing desiccant cartridge saturation on a D Series dryer.
