The Square D 8911DPSG53 is a 50-amp, 3-phase definite purpose magnetic motor starter for across-the-line (full-voltage) starting and overload protection of larger three-phase air compressor and motor loads. The Class 8911 Type DP contactor is housed in a painted-steel NEMA 1 enclosure for indoor, general-purpose installation.
