This is the 3/4 inch, 14 mm diameter screw used in the swivel assembly of a Prevost hose reel, where it clamps the seal and washer stack together. Because it works directly against sealing components, a screw with a damaged thread or a burred seat is worth replacing rather than reusing, as it can prevent a new seal from pulling down evenly.
Sold individually as a genuine Prevost replacement part. If you are rebuilding a swivel joint, order it alongside the relevant seals and washers so the whole stack goes back together new.
