Schulz Non-Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryer

Dew Point: 41°F The ADS Schulz line of Air Dryers was designed to facilitate inspection & maintenance operations. The panels are easily removable & allow immediate access to internal components. ADS Schulz Dryers are equipped with a quick disconnected automatic drain valve, which does not require special tools for maintenance & cleaning. The dryer’s operation is monitored by an electronic controller, which digitally indicates the temperature & dew point, controls the drain valve through a timer, and the condenser fan through a probe. The refrigerant is circulated through the system using high-efficiency compressors.

• Dryers require a minimum 1 Micron Pre-Filter / Separator to remove heavy moisture and debris

Refrigerated Air Dryers must be used in congruence with a minimum 5 Micron Particulate Filter Water Separator or Coalescing filter. It is vital that pooling liquid water is removed from the compressed lines before entering the dryer.
