The RapidAir MaxLine 1" Master Kit is a complete, semi-flexible compressed air piping system built for high-flow shop air — installing in a fraction of the time of traditional black pipe with no threading, soldering, or special tools. The 1" aluminum-core MaxLine tubing delivers up to 140 CFM, making it ideal for larger shops, multiple simultaneous air tools, and runs up to 150 ft from the compressor. Choose the 100 ft (M6500) or 300 ft (M6580) kit to match your layout.
Kit includes
- 1" MaxLine semi-flexible tubing — 100 ft (M6032) or 300 ft (M6033), depending on size selected
- (3) aluminum mounting blocks / air outlets with 1/2" female NPT ports
- 1" tubing x NPT compression fittings and a 1" NPT straight (compressor) fitting
- (2) tee fittings (M8012 1" MaxLine equal tee)
- Drain valves and NPT plugs
- (20) tubing mounting clips
- (1) tubing cutter and (1) bevel/deburr tool
