Powerful Performance

The Quincy QT duplex pairs two complete two-stage pump and motor assemblies on a single ASME receiver. Both units share the tank and the piping, and the control alternates the lead machine so wear is spread evenly. That gives you two things a single large compressor cannot: redundancy, so a failure on one pump does not stop production, and better part-load efficiency, because only one pump runs when demand is light.

Sizing

Horsepower shown is the total for both pumps. The QT-5 and QT-7.5 duplex units are built on a 120 gallon horizontal receiver; the QT-10S, QT-10 and QT-15 use a 200 gallon horizontal receiver. Note there are two different 20 HP machines: the QT-10S runs a pair of QT-1 pumps, the QT-10 a pair of the larger QT-2 pumps. The QT-10 and QT-15 are three phase only.
