Powerex OPT150 Two-Stage Oil-Less Air Compressor Pump, 15 HP, 47 CFM, 145 PSI
The OPT150 is the largest pump in Powerex's oil-less reciprocating line, the bare three-cylinder two-stage pump from their 15 HP packages. Two 4.13 in. low-pressure cylinders feed an air-cooled intercooler and a 2.95 in. high-pressure cylinder finishes the air. At 47 SCFM of genuinely oil-free air it is sized for a full medical air plant or a laboratory building, not a single machine.

Service notes
No crankcase, no oil changes, and no oil analysis. Piston rings are the scheduled wear item at roughly 10,000 operating hours. At 15 HP the cooling demand is real: keep the intercooler, flywheel and fan path clean and make sure the room has enough ventilation, because every bit of heat this pump makes leaves through air, not oil.
