Powerex OPT100 Two-Stage Oil-Less Air Compressor Pump, 7.5 and 10 HP, 145 PSI
The Powerex OPT100 is the bare three-cylinder, two-stage pump out of Powerex 7.5 and 10 HP oil-less reciprocating packages. Two low-pressure cylinders feed an air-cooled intercooler, and a single high-pressure cylinder finishes the air to pressure. Everything that touches the air is dry: composite self-lubricating pistons on PTFE rings, sealed permanently lubricated bearings, no crankcase oil anywhere in the compression path.

Service notes
No oil to change, and the piston rings carry the maintenance schedule at roughly 10,000 operating hours. The inlet filter removes 99 percent of particles down to 10 microns and should be serviced on the machine's normal interval. Keep intercooler fins and the cooling fan path clear: on a three-cylinder oil-free pump the intercooler is what keeps second-stage temperature inside the ring material's limits.
