Powerex OPS030 Oil-Less Reciprocating Air Compressor Pump, 2 and 3 HP, 145 PSI
The Powerex OPS030 is the bare two-cylinder pump used in Powerex 2 and 3 HP oil-less reciprocating packages. Composite self-lubricating pistons and PTFE rings run against the cylinder walls dry, and the bearings are sealed and permanently lubricated, so the pump produces 100 percent oil-free air with no crankcase, no oil changes and no carryover into the line.

Service notes
Nothing to drain and nothing to top up. The piston rings are the wear part, scheduled at roughly 10,000 operating hours, and the inlet filter should be checked on the same interval you would use for a lubricated pump. Give the flywheel and cooling fan clear air: oil-less pumps shed their heat entirely through airflow, so a crowded cabinet or a blocked shroud shortens ring life fast.
