PIC Gauges PRO-302L 4" All Stainless Liquid Filled Pressure Gauge, 1/4" NPT Center Back Mount

The PRO-302L is PIC's all stainless 300 Series gauge: a stainless steel case and bezel over 316 stainless steel wetted parts, joined by a welded case-to-stem connection. Standard liquid filled gauges pair a stainless case with a brass socket and a phosphor bronze Bourdon tube, so the pressure path is still brass. On this gauge it is not. That makes it the right choice for water treatment, chemical feed, washdown and coastal installations where brass corrodes or is not permitted.

The glycerine fill damps pulsation and vibration and keeps the movement lubricated, so the pointer stays steady and readable on pumps, compressors and skid piping instead of chattering itself to death.

All stainless or stainless case?

If you only need the case to survive the environment, a 200 Series gauge with a stainless case and brass internals is the economical pick. Choose the all stainless 300 Series when the media is the problem: treated or potable water, chlorine and chemical dosing, salt air, caustic washdown, or any spec that calls out 316 stainless wetted parts.
