The nano NVR oil vapor removal system uses activated carbon adsorption to strip oil vapor and odor from compressed air, delivering technically oil-free air with a maximum outlet oil content of 0.003 ppm. Rated 40 to 1500 SCFM, its compact extruded-aluminum design is far smaller than traditional carbon towers and runs at low pressure drop for economical point-of-use or compressor-room installation.
How the NVR works

Required inlet air quality
The NVR is a finishing (polishing) stage and needs suitably pre-treated air upstream. Provide air that is already dried and filtered to at least: maximum particulate 0.01 micron, maximum pressure dew point −40°F, and maximum oil content 0.05 ppm. Pair it with a desiccant dryer and coalescing filtration for best results and cartridge life.
