The nano NDC Lab Gas CO2 Removal Dryer generates a continuous, in-house supply of clean, dry, CO2-free purge gas from the compressed air line you already have. Instead of paying a gas company to deliver and swap high-pressure cylinders, connect an NDC dryer to your existing compressed air system and produce laboratory-grade purge gas on demand, with a guaranteed CO2 content of less than 1 ppm and a pressure dew point down to -94°F. Every model ships with a nano high-efficiency coalescing prefilter as standard, wall-mounts to save valuable bench space, and runs quietly thanks to a built-in exhaust silencer.
How to select your NDC dryer
- Determine your required outlet gas flow. Match your instrument's purge-gas demand to the model outlet flow, which ranges from 1.5 to 120 L/min (3.2 to 254 ft³/hr).
- Confirm your inlet air supply. NDC dryers operate on 58 to 174 psig compressed air (model dependent) at inlet flows up to 424 ft³/hr.
- Check the connection size. Smaller models use 3/8" PTC fittings, mid-range use 1/2" PTC, and the largest models use 1" NPT.
- Add optional purity upgrades if needed. An optional 0.01 micron post filter and an optional activated carbon (AC) prefilter are available for hydrocarbon-sensitive applications.

Frequently asked questions
Why replace purge-gas cylinders with an NDC dryer? An NDC dryer produces CO2-free purge gas continuously from your existing compressed air, eliminating cylinder rental, delivery delays, and the safety hazards of storing high-pressure gas, while removing the analysis interruptions caused by changing empty cylinders.
How pure is the outlet gas? The NDC range delivers air with less than 1 ppm CO2, a pressure dew point down to -94°F, and 1 micron particulate filtration as standard (0.01 micron optional).
Does it need floor space? No. NDC dryers are compact and wall-mountable, so they occupy no valuable bench or floor space in the lab.
How much maintenance is involved? Factory built-in filtration and adsorption cartridges make service simple, typically under 15 minutes, using the model-matched nano service kit.
What compressed air does it require? A clean compressed air supply between 58 and 174 psig (model dependent). A nano high-efficiency coalescing prefilter is included as standard, and an activated carbon prefilter is available for hydrocarbon removal.
