Built for applications where compressed air carries elevated carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2), each NBA system combines high-efficiency coalescing filtration, a multi-layer catalytic purification bed and a final particulate filter to remove oil, water, particulate, odor and taste while actively converting CO and scrubbing CO2 to safe levels. How to select your NBA system

1. Determine the number of users and total breathing-air demand in SCFM at your working pressure.
2. Choose the model whose outlet flow meets or exceeds that demand. Rated outlet flow is roughly 75 percent of inlet flow, because purification and regeneration consume some air.
3. Confirm your inlet compressed-air pressure falls within the model operating range (58 to 232 psig for NBA 030-050, 87 to 232 psig for NBA 070-120, 87 to 145 psig for NBA 2110-6120).
4. Match the inlet and outlet connection size (3/8 in. PTC up to 2-1/2 in. NPT) to your piping.
5. Pair with an appropriately sized compressor and a CO monitor or alarm for continuous air-quality verification.
