Wall-mounted cantilever console for supporting Prevost PPS aluminum compressed air pipe. Used with Prevost PPS1 CI pipe clamps to carry the main loop off a wall or structural face. Four lengths cover drops and main runs from 1/2 in through 6 in pipe.

Load rating
Maximum distributed load: confirmation pending from the manufacturer. Prevost introduced the CS 200L / 300L / 400L / 500L range in its 2026 catalog, replacing the earlier CS 180L / 310L / 420L / 500 range, and has not yet published a distributed-load figure for the current parts. We have requested the rating in writing from Prevost and will post it here as soon as we have it.
Published load figures for the superseded CS 180L / 310L / 420L / 500 brackets do not apply to these parts. The brackets differ in length and mass and the ratings are not transferable. If you need a load rating for engineering sign-off, call us at 864-894-1400 and we will obtain it from Prevost for your specific part number.
Pipe clamp spacing
Prevost published guidance for the distance between two pipe clamps, by pipe diameter and ambient temperature. Use it to work out how many support points your run needs.
