Prevost Hose Reel Left Half Casing - DMG 0318
This is the left-hand housing shell of a Prevost automatic hose reel. The casing encloses the drum and the recoil spring, and it is a genuine safety component as much as a cosmetic one: a wound reel spring carries real stored energy, and the casing is what contains it.
Replace a casing that has cracked, been struck, or lost mounting lugs, rather than running the reel with a compromised shell. It mates to the matching DMG 0319 right half and is drawn up with the long M5 x 67 mm through-screws.
