The nano HTR high-inlet-temperature refrigerated air dryer is built for compressed air that arrives hot, with inlet temperatures as high as 180°F, where a standard refrigerated dryer would overload and fail to dry. Part of the nano R2 range and rated 25 to 125 SCFM, the HTR uses an integrated pre-cooler to condition incoming air before the refrigeration circuit, delivering a reliable 50°F outlet dew point.
How the HTR handles hot inlet air
- An integrated pre-cooler drops the incoming air temperature into the dryer's working range.
- The refrigeration circuit then cools the air and condenses out moisture.
- A standard zero-air-loss drain discharges the condensate without wasting compressed air.
- An onboard digital display reports dew point and flags service, so you always know it is performing.
Standard vs. with GFN filter package
Each capacity is offered two ways. Choose Standard for the dryer alone, or With GFN Filter to add nano's performance-validated coalescing filtration for cleaner, oil-reduced air and added energy savings. The filtered configuration is the better choice where downstream air quality matters.
How the HTR compares
A conventional refrigerated dryer is rated for roughly 100–120°F inlet air and will trip or lose dew point when fed hotter air, for example directly off a compressor with no aftercooler or in a hot plant. The HTR's pre-cooler lets it accept up to 180°F inlet while still holding a 50°F dew point. For applications needing a much lower dew point, pair with or step up to a desiccant dryer.

Frequently asked questions
How hot can the inlet air be?
Up to 180°F, thanks to the integrated pre-cooler, well beyond the roughly 100–120°F limit of a standard refrigerated dryer.
What dew point does it produce?
A 50°F outlet dew point, meeting ISO 8573.1 Class 6.
Do I need the GFN filter package?
Add it when downstream air quality matters; it provides coalescing filtration for cleaner, oil-reduced air. Choose Standard if you already have filtration in place.
Does it waste compressed air?
No. The included zero-air-loss drain removes condensate without venting compressed air.
