Internal Float Operated Automatic Drain Valve 60864
Drain valve 60864 uses an internal float to discharge condensate from an air receiver, filter bowl, or drip leg automatically. Collected liquid lifts the float, which opens the discharge port; when the liquid clears, the float drops and the valve reseats, so no compressed air escapes with the water.
Because the float responds to actual liquid level rather than a timer, the valve drains on demand and never vents air needlessly. That matters: condensate left in a receiver corrodes it from the inside and eventually carries water downstream to tools and pneumatic controls. See our other condensate drains and pneumatic drains.
