This is the genuine Atlas Copco element replacement kit for the PD3 filter, supplied under part number 2902021200.
A filter element is a wear item. The media loads up with the oil aerosol and solids it captures, and once it is loaded it costs you pressure drop rather than delivering cleaner air. A coalescing element is replaced on a time basis rather than waiting for a differential pressure reading to climb, so most sites fit a fresh element at the scheduled service and keep a spare on the shelf.
