This GR 6 coalescing element is an equivalent replacement for Donaldson/Ultrafilter part number 1C486171, supplied under Air Supply crossover number FDF0750XE-CB. It drops into the same housing as the part it replaces at normal element change time.
Coalescing elements capture oil aerosols and fine wet particulate from compressed air, merging them into droplets that drain away before they can foul downstream piping, air dryers, or point of use equipment. Changing the element on schedule keeps differential pressure, and the energy cost that comes with it, under control.
