Genuine Dodge 2B110-SK, a two-groove cast iron V-belt sheave with an 11.35 in. outside diameter, bored for an SK QD bushing. Dodge catalog number 455599. This is the large, slow-turning sheave end of a two-belt compressor drive: pair it with a small motor sheave to get the pump down to its rated RPM. It takes classical A or B section belts, which covers the great majority of reciprocating air compressor drives.
Dodge writes the full designation as 2A10.6B11.0-SK. The 2B110 shorthand on most price sheets means the same part.

The bushing is a separate order
This sheave ships without a bushing. QD sheaves are built that way on purpose: you choose the SK bushing with the bore and keyway that match your shaft, so one sheave part number covers every shaft size in the range. We stock keyed SK bushings in 1-3/8, 1-5/8 and 1-7/8 in. bores; tell us your shaft diameter and we will put the right pair together.
Install the bushing clean and dry, with no anti-seize or oil on the taper, and tighten the three 5/16-18 cap screws in rotation to 180 lb-in. Over-torquing is the usual cause of a cracked sheave hub.
Typical applications
Reciprocating air compressor flywheel and pump drives, blowers, pumps, conveyors, fans and general two-belt industrial drives where the driven speed is well below motor speed. Two grooves let you split the load across a pair of belts and give you a drive that keeps running if one belt is damaged.
