Desiccant Kit 2230004004 for CD3+ Dryers
Kit 2230004004 supplies fresh desiccant media for CD3+ desiccant air dryers. The dryer works by passing wet compressed air over the media, which adsorbs water vapour to drive the dew point far below what a refrigerated dryer can reach, then regenerates while the second tower carries the load.
Desiccant is a consumable. Every adsorption and regeneration cycle degrades the beads a little, and oil carryover from an upstream filter failure will poison them outright, so dew point creeps upward long before there is any obvious symptom.
