Conrader Unloader Pilot Valve, RCB HU and RCL-S HU, 115-130 to 160-175 PSI
On a continuous run compressor the motor never stops. The pilot valve is what decides whether the pump is making air or spinning free, and when it drifts out of adjustment you get a machine that either runs loaded all day or never builds to pressure.

The toggle version on S1613 gives you a manual load and unload without reaching for the pressure. On a machine that gets started and stopped by hand through the day, that toggle earns its keep.
Adjustment
The listed band is the factory setting and these valves are adjustable around it. Set the unload point to the tank's working pressure and give yourself enough differential that the machine is not chattering between load and unload every few seconds. Short cycling is harder on a pump than running loaded.
If the valve is weeping constantly rather than venting cleanly on unload, the seat is worn and no amount of adjustment will fix it.
A straight comparison
Conrader pilots are also carried by the big industrial catalogues, and on the RCB HU in particular their price is close to ours. Where we tend to win is on the RCL-S HU and on getting it out the door the same day rather than drop shipping it. If you only need one RCB HU and you have an account somewhere with free freight, buy it there. We would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
