The Conrader CTF-Series is a brass in-tank check valve with a 45° SAE flare tube inlet and a male NPT outlet, designed to thread into a compressor's receiver tank. It opens to allow airflow in one direction and seals when flow stops or reverses, holding stored pressure in the tank when the pump shuts off. The flare inlet connects directly to SAE 45° flare tubing for a leak-tight, vibration-resistant joint.

Typical applications
Used in reciprocating air compressors, compressed-gas systems, and pneumatic equipment where an in-tank check valve maintains tank pressure and prevents backflow toward the pump. The 45° SAE flare inlet suits discharge lines plumbed with flare tubing.
The Conrader CTF-Series brass in-tank check valve delivers reliable one-way sealing from 1/2" to 3/4" SAE flare connections, rated to 500 psi with a reinforced PTFE seal for long service life in air compressor and pneumatic systems.
