The Conrader CPR-Series is a non-code, soft-seat proportional pressure relief valve for compressed-air and pneumatic systems. Unlike "pop"-type safety valves, it opens gradually as pressure rises, bleeding off excess to hold your system at a desired pressure level. The set point is field-adjustable with a knurled screw locked by a jam nut — so you can dial in the exact relief pressure your application needs.

- Type: Soft-seat proportional relief valve (non-code) — not a pop-off safety valve
- Body: C360 machined brass
- Internals: Stainless steel spring, nylon piston, nitrile seal (the 1/4" model uses a stainless steel piston and seal)
- Adjustment: Field-adjustable knurled screw, locked with a jam nut (not preset)
- Temperature range: -65°F to 250°F
- Seat tightness: Bubble-tight within 5 psig at set pressures of 50 psig or less, and within 10% above 50 psig. Conforms to API 527.
- Port sizes: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", and 1" MNPT
- Thread sealant: Everseal 483 applied standard

Applications
Use in compressed-air systems, receiver tanks, pump bypass and pilot lines, and pneumatic equipment where the goal is to maintain or limit pressure to a target level rather than dump the entire system. Common on air compressors, control lines, and OEM machinery.
