The Conrader CAF-Series is a serviceable in-tank check valve for compressed-air and pneumatic systems. It threads into the tank or receiver with the male NPT outlet seated inside, opening to allow flow in one direction and closing the instant flow stops or reverses — protecting the compressor pump from backflow. The 45° flare-tube inlet connects to flared copper or aluminum discharge tubing for a leak-tight, vibration-resistant seal.
