The Conrader BLG-Series piloted unloader valve controls a compressor by venting excess air to atmosphere once system pressure reaches the unload (cut-out) setting. The integral pilot stays closed until pressure builds to the set point, then opens and pressurizes the unloader, which vents the line; as pressure falls to the load (cut-in) setting the pilot closes and the system repressurizes. Rated to 60 SCFM with a 1/2" FNPT unloader and a factory-adjustable 20–250 psi range, the BLG is built for gas-engine-driven air compressors and other compressed-air systems.
This listing offers the BLG in two control configurations. Choose the Hand Unloading version for a manual unloader lever, or the Dual Control Lockout version for electric-motor compressors that need to switch between continuous-run and start/stop operation.
