Prevost RPD MR Conex Straight Male Connector, NPT to Compression
The Conex straight male connector joins a male NPT threaded port to semi-rigid or flexible tubing through a push-to-connect compression end. Push the tube in for an instant seal, pull the collar to release it. No tools, no ferrules, no fussing with compression nuts.
Connectors like this are how you get from a threaded outlet to a tube run: a drop off a main line, a feed into a machine, a regulator, a cylinder, or a work station. Because the tube side releases cleanly, a layout can be changed later without cutting anything up.
Teflon-Coated Threads
The NPT threads come Teflon-coated from the factory, so the joint seals without tape or paste on assembly. That saves a step and keeps stray tape shreds out of the air line, which is worth more than it sounds on small-bore pneumatic work.

Choosing the Right One
Two dimensions matter: the male NPT size of the port you are threading into, and the outside diameter of the tube you are connecting. Both are listed for every part number below. Note that these are NPT threads, not BSPT or BSPP, and the tube sizes are fractional inch rather than metric.

Installation Notes
Cut tube square and deburr the end before inserting, since an angled or burred cut is the usual cause of a leak at a push-to-connect joint. Push the tube fully home until it seats.
