The Chicago Pneumatic COAIRE CSOF-D is a complete clean-air station in one cabinet. Oil-less scroll compressor, refrigerated air dryer, 5 micron filtration and a stainless steel air receiver are all integrated and pre-plumbed, so you set it down, connect power and air, and you are running. Nothing to size, nothing to pipe together, and no oil anywhere in the compression chamber.
Why the CSOF-D
- Everything in one box. Compressor, dryer, filter and receiver tank integrated, delivering a 50°F pressure dew point straight out of the cabinet. Contact us if your process needs a lower dew point.
- Stainless steel receiver. The built-in 10 gallon tank is stainless, so the clean dry air the scroll produces stays clean on its way to your process. No rust, no scale.
- Truly oil-free. Oil-less scroll compression rated ISO 8573-1 Class 0 for oil content, with a suction filter system that eliminates up to 99.9% of airborne dust. No separator element, no oil changes, no oily condensate.
- 49 to 50 dBA. Quiet enough to sit beside the equipment it feeds, in a lab, dental suite or clean production area.
- No extra aftercooler needed. The corrugated high-performance aftercooler and large-capacity cooling fan produce optimally controlled air without additional cooling equipment.
- Multifunction controller with programmable timer, automatic and manual pause, alarm and shutdown on pressure and on high or low temperature, hour meter with maintenance cycle tracking, sensor self-diagnostics, discharge air temperature tracking and a multilingual interface.
- Stable cooling to 120°F ambient from the heavy-duty Scirocco cooling fan.
