100% oil-free air, certified ISO 8573-1 Class 0. The Chicago Pneumatic CleanAIR CNR is a two-stage reciprocating piston compressor for shops that cannot put a trace of oil into the air line. There is no oil in the compression chamber at all, so there is nothing to filter out downstream, no oily condensate to separate and dispose of, and no oil changes for the life of the pump.
Two models cover 7.5 to 10 HP. Each one is available base mounted or on a horizontal ASME receiver, in 230V or 460V three phase.

Picking the right one
- Size on CFM, not horsepower. The CNR 75 delivers 24 CFM and the CNR 100 delivers 35.2 CFM, both at 145 PSI. Total up everything that can run at once and leave headroom.
- Base mounted or tank mounted. Base mounted suits a plant that already has a receiver or is tying into an existing dry air system. Tank mounted is the standalone install.
- Voltage. Both models are three phase only. There is no single phase CNR. Match 230V or 460V to the service at the panel.
