An equivalent replacement for the Chicopee Engineering CEA1413 air/oil separator, carried under Air Supply Number KV360-014. Separators sit between the airend discharge and the plant, recovering lubricant from the compressed air before it leaves the package.
Most shops replace the separator on the same interval as the oil and the oil filter. If differential pressure across the separator tank has climbed, or oil consumption has crept up without an obvious leak, the element is the usual cause.
